AurumSignals Research Ltd. ("AurumSignals", "we", "us", "our") operates a platform and informational website that describes and demonstrates tools for AI-assisted analysis of gold market trends. The Site may include educational articles, feature descriptions, case studies, conceptual dashboards, and explanations of how automated systems can structure and interpret complex information.

The Site is provided for informational and educational purposes. Any references to signals, trend regimes, model outputs, forecasts, or scenarios are meant to explain methodologies and workflows. We do not provide personalized recommendations, do not act as a broker, do not execute trades, and do not guarantee that any output or interpretation will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your goals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will AurumSignals, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or replacement costs, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AurumSignals' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, the Content, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to AurumSignals (if any) for access to the Site in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (100 EUR), whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AurumSignals and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve it informally. You must send your dispute notice to [email protected] and include your name, contact information, and a description of the issue. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days from receipt of your notice.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue a claim in accordance with the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section below.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

You agree that the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use poses a security risk or legal exposure to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

The following provisions will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective fourteen (14) days after we post the updated Terms on this page, and your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If the changes are material, we may provide an additional notice on the Site. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
